Does the approver need to create an account?
No. Approvers just tap approve or decline in Slack, WhatsApp, or email — nothing new to learn.
What happens if the approver ignores the message?
After 30 minutes of inactivity, GoGoLane sends a single smart re-prompt. You can also type #decision in any channel to surface the approval prompt immediately.
Can I see if the approver opened the message?
Yes. Read receipts are tracked per channel — you'll know if they opened the WhatsApp, the email, or the Slack message, and whether they acted on it.
